KIBA Husky Young Male for sale in Coldfoot, Alaska

My story
Kiba was surrendered to the shelter due to Kiba guarding food and resources from the other dog in the home. According to the previous owner, Kiba is partially housebroken (whines at the door), attacks cats, disliked the other dog in the home and was also aggressive towards the goats in the previous home. The previous owners also stated that Kiba has no manners, jumps on people/counters, jumps fences, gets into the garbage, chews and scratches. Kiba is a fairly typical young and energetic husky that must have ample amounts of exercise daily or these bad habits will only persist. The previous owners also noticed that Kiba may have some separation anxiety and does not do well in the crate. He is an escape artist and needs a reinforced kennel to keep him contained when the family isn't home. If Kiba is not crated he will destroy furniture and soil the house. Kiba is looking for a home with somebody that will have the time and patience to exercise and train a young Alaskan Husky. Kiba would highly benefit from obedience classes to help him learn manners and interact appropriately with other dogs in a controlled environment. Due to Kiba's guarding behavior he must find a home without any other dogs. Although he may get along with other dogs at first, Kiba presents this behavior when he becomes comfortable and could instigate fights with other dogs residing in the home. Kiba must not go to a home with cats, small animals or livestock due to his prey drive.
